This Privacy Policy applies to Satrang Technologies Private Limited ("Satrang Technologies", "we", "us", or "our") and all of our Salesforce AppExchange applications listed below.

1. Overview

All Satrang Technologies AppExchange apps are 100% native Salesforce applications. They are installed directly into your Salesforce org and operate entirely within the Salesforce platform. We do not operate any external servers that store, process, or transmit your Salesforce data outside of the Salesforce platform.

2. Data We Access

Our apps access only the Salesforce data required to provide the specific functionality you configure. Examples include:

• File records, attachments, and notes (for file management apps)
• Metadata component names and dependencies (for Metadata Search)
• Auto-number field configurations (for Auto Number Helper)
• Label and translation values (for Quick Update Translations)
• Lead, Account, and Contact field values (for Update Client Details)

This data is accessed through the standard Salesforce API within your org. It is not transmitted to Satrang Technologies or any third party, except where you explicitly configure an integration with an external storage service (such as Amazon S3 or Azure Blob Storage) that you own and control.

Access to data is strictly limited to the functionality of the app and is governed by the permissions configured within your Salesforce org.

3. External Integrations

For apps that integrate with external storage services (Drag, Drop & Upload to Amazon S3 and Azure Integration), file data is transmitted directly from your Salesforce org to your own Amazon S3 bucket or Azure Blob Storage container using credentials you provide. Satrang Technologies does not have access to your storage credentials or the files transferred.

All data transfers occur directly between your Salesforce org and the external service and do not pass through Satrang Technologies systems.

4. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not:

• Store, copy, or retain any Salesforce data on our servers
• Access your Salesforce org without your explicit authorisation
• Sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or marketing
• Use your data to train machine learning models
• Collect or store logs, analytics data, or telemetry related to customer data processed within Salesforce

5. Website and Contact Form Data

When you visit our product pages at satrangtech.com or submit a demo request form, we collect the information you provide (name, email address, company name, and message). This information is used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not share this data with third parties. This information is processed based on your consent when submitting the form.

6. Cookies

Our product pages may use cookies for analytics purposes (such as understanding page visit volume). We do not use cookies to personally identify individual visitors or track behaviour across other websites.

7. Salesforce AppExchange Compliance

All Satrang Technologies apps are AppExchange certified and comply with Salesforce's security review requirements, including the AppExchange Partner Program Agreement and Salesforce's data use policies.

8. Data Retention

Since our apps operate natively within your Salesforce org, data retention is governed entirely by your Salesforce org settings. We do not retain, store, or maintain any separate copy of your Salesforce data outside of your Salesforce environment.

9. Your Rights

If you have submitted personal information through our website (such as a contact or demo request form), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of that information by contacting us at the address below. We will process such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Compliance with Data Protection Laws

Satrang Technologies is committed to complying with applicable data protection and privacy regulations relevant to our operations and customers.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our apps after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
