Does it work with custom objects?+
Yes. The app works with all standard and custom Salesforce objects. You can use SOQL filters to precisely target files for any object - Accounts, Contacts, Cases, Opportunities, or any custom object your org uses.
What are the add-on features?+
There are three optional add-ons: Attachment Support ($40/user) - upload files as Attachments instead of Content; HTML File Upload ($40/user) - upload hundreds of files at once by overcoming Lightning upload limits; Records CSV ($40/user) - link files to specific records using a CSV mapping file with record IDs and file names.
How does pricing work?+
Mass File Upload uses simple per-user, per-year licensing. The base package is $300/year and includes 5 user licenses. Additional users are $60/user/year. Optional add-on features are $40/user each. No download caps or monthly limits in the base package.
Can I upload to Salesforce Libraries?+
Yes. The app supports uploading files directly to Salesforce Libraries in bulk. You can use the advanced SOQL search to find the right library before uploading, making library management at scale much easier.
